OUTPOST B IS BROKEN

    In which minigame/server does the bug occur:
    FACTIONS
    Detailed description of bug:
    so i was trying to cap outpost b. and it was "attacking" then some random people came, and i was friendly with them and didn't kill them, so they stood in the outpost with me. after the "attacking" stage, it was suppose to be the "capturing stage" but then it said "blocked" so i knocked those random off, BUT I COULDNT CAP IT LOL. and its now at 0% and no one can cap it at all. so ye.... reset it or something

    i've fixed it for now and i've also found the cause which will be fixed
