So someone on MCCTF said there was no more EULA, now that Microsoft bought Mojang, apparently its already happened, I'm not 100% sure if its true, but it might be :DDDDD

I actually like the EULA for some reason. Well, to those who can't donate including myself, it makes the game more fair. Buying the perks is cheating and to those who aren't allowed to donate, don't have the money, or can't donate for other reasons, it makes it really unfair. I would actually want the EULA to stay.

That is right but for the people who bought it it is not fair to. They payed money for "nothing" . Like me ; I donated and 3 days later EULA has taked all ...

Umm. Don't believe people that say that, I'm pretty sure thats not true. Microsoft bought the company but why would they change the rules..? Also, EULA threads are not allowed @XenonHD Check Mojang's website and if It's not there, It's not true..

No EULA, as in no rules for users to abide by?

Every program is required to have an EULA, they can't just remove the complete EULA lol.

Oh great. MORE people saying "i bought everything and it was all fer nothing!!!" @TEragonT
Just saying, if you only bought the rank/perks because you wanted to pay to win, then that's being greedy. Most people would donate either because of a giveaway or because they wanted the server to keep running, since it entirely relies on donations. Losing perks can be a bit hard, but you shouldn't complain after 2 months it has been released. Perks are there to make you feel better. When you lose them, then you are on the same level as everyone else, which is a good thing, making everything fair. Plus, you DONATED to the server. Donating means that you spend money to keep something alive or to help something progress with no real added perks or a reward. J&H were kind enough to put in those perks as a gift.

    Ok rant over.
Anyways, an EULA is required like Leandro said...x3

If they completely removed the EULA...
    That would be chaos.
People would copy Minecraft, sell it, make copies, make money off mods, etc.

No one is to make threads about EULA. If there was no more EULA, please let the upper staff announce it officially. /c
