My Resignation

Hello! I'm Andy, but most of you probably know me as momand, AndyTheCow, or any other name.

I have been a moderator for a good three months now, and a staff member for about five and a half. Being a staff member was an amazing experience for me; however, like many good things do, my time had to come at some point.

I have resigned from my position as a staff member. I honestly didn't know it would come this early, and I've been personally throwing this idea around for a week or two.

Put simply, I have lost a lot of my inspiration for being a staff member and my interest in Minecraft altogether. I'm picking up different hobbies that I enjoy much more than Minecraft. Not only that, but I'm also having quite a bit of shit to handle in real life as well, with stuff like school and helping out my friends.

Being a staff member and helping you all out was a great experience. To those who want to apply for staff, do it. It's fun, and may teach you a thing or two about how a workplace works and how to work in a team. It's much like an internship to some extent.

Honoured to be part of the goodbye thread. Gonna miss you my man, staff will be different without you. Definitely had a one of a kind way of handling things, big respect, o7.

I didn't know you that well when you were a staff member but I heard how you always handled situations very well.
You and a few other members of staff have been so helpful and that has in a way inspired me to apply for staff so thank you for that.
Also I would like to comment on how wonderful this community is.
Jut as I read through some of the comments it makes me smile as the community is so supportive.
Even with other members of staff resigning the community, from what I have seen, has been respectful of other issues people may have in real life.
