    It's on autoplay, that's why it's 100% accuracy XD
    Also
    Was the file a rar file?
    If so, you need to use 7-zip or WinRAR to extract the folder that's inside, then drop that folder into your skins folder.
    Then go to options, select skin, and choose it.
