My meeting with an abusive moderator - JULTAR1000

Hi all.

I've been playing at play.itsjerryandharry.com for as long as I can remember, but I've never, NEVER, NEVER EVER encountered such a bad moderator like this one. The name of the moderator is JULTAR1000. How come? Why is this moderator so mean, from my perspective? Well, here's my story:

Like many other nights before this one, I decided to play some Hunger Games with my friend TreePuncherPL. It started of great, but then, I met JULTAR1000.

I joined a Biodome room and waited for the game to begin, and then a random person, a person I can't remember the name of suddenly said "Press F4 for food", I guessed it would close Minecraft or do something disabling and wanted to warn the other players, so I wrote "DON'T press F4 for food". Nothing wrong about that, right? Well according to JULTAR1000, I was encouraging others to press F4. He immediately replied "enjoy the ban ludumalex". I was surprised, what did I do? I asked JULTAR1000 why I should possibly be banned, and he replied "u told others to write alt f4, enjoy the ban". I figured it was a misunderstanding, and tried to explain it to him. Two other players, whereof one of them was a premium member, replied "LudumAlex didn't write that, someone else did". JULTAR1000 refused to reply and that's when the game started. I encountered him directly and he managed to kill me after an intense battle. My friend, who was still alive, told me JULTAR1000 wrote "and gone" after killing me. Now I wonder, is that professional behaviour? I tried to explain the situation to him, but he refused to listen, he even told everybody in the public chat how annoying I was.

I am extremely offended, so offended that I DEMAND an apology from JULTAR1000 since he could not argue with me and couldn't look at the whole thing from the victims perspective. These are qualities a moderator needs.

I have no proof of me not saying it, as I did not expect it to turn into a shitshow, so I didn't screenshot it, I did however screenshot most of the so called argument we had, and I'd like to share key moments. These screen dumps were taken at different points in the conversations and show equal amounts of stubbornness from the moderator. He simply REFUSED to talk to me. He later dissapeared after getting spammed by people complaining about his verdict.

JULTAR1000 ruined my night, this night was also the last one before my friend goes to Italy.

I believe you can check the chat history in some sort of console window controlling the server for proof that I didn't say whatever he's claiming.

I'm writing this here because I can't find any other good place to post this.

few things wrong with this
1 I am not a mod
2 the face that you came here with this fake story is a joke we both know you said *press alt+f4 for free food* (but I sadly lost the evidence since the hardrive was full) but the face you lied about it and came here with this fake story has more or less passed the line
people know me and will never call me a lier so the face that you came here and are trying to get me banned by LIEING about what you did is low even for a troll

I have never lied about ANYTHING before. This is just outrageous. I'm sorry it has reached this point, why don't you just trust me? Take my word for it and let it go?

me who is a donater+made most reports and got most rule breakers banned on this server or you a random person playing SG...... yeah it is obvious who they are going to belive

Well now when you're bringing it up, you're right.

 

Well then, this is a mess. Yay for that.

Just because someone is a donator and made a large amount of reports does not mean that you are more trustworthy. Donator ranks mean nothing. I've been Herobrine rank for 10 and a half months, and I admit that I am just as trustworthy as a regular player. Just because you haven't seen this person before doesn't mean that he is a random person.

Honestly Jultar acted abusively to the player nonetheless (not the first time I've seen him do that). Even if you think someone is hacking you don't act rudely to him in chat. You're breaking the rules too then. I honestly believe the person who has made the thread, as his opinion is much more well put, he is respectful, he brings up various instances, and he seems to be handling this with a certain amount of maturity.
I am not a moderator, and nor is Jultar for that matter. But I feel like putting my opinion into this, so I will.
The person who reported doesn't seem to have domea nothing wrong, whereas Jultar impersonated a mod (by saying that his ban would be extra long and such and that he would be banned) and verbally abused him (as shown in the screenshots).
Not the first time I've seen Jultar do this, once again.
I repeat, this is not my decision and the staff does not need to consider my opinion
But Im putting my opinion in anyway.
Edit: I've read Jultar's report on this and he had no proof about this because apparently his drive was full, and he was able to somehow screenshot the aftereffects but not the argument itself. It looks a lot more suspicious, as if Jultar is making part of this up.
Just my assumption though,

Like Yomc said, once again, being a donator doesn't give you any special authority, it just gives you extra perks.
Don't use it as an excuse to break rules, because guess what?
Rules apply to everyone.

 

No proof from either side. No ban, but a warning can be issued.
Jultar, read what Yomc and Lila said. They've explained it well enough, I don't have to repeat it.
