My friend cannot add me to his island

Hello i don't now if it is a bug or something but my friend cannot add me to his island. And by say the chat a message like"Player DimitriGamesNL is not online or doesn't exists" so wahta to do now??

Eh I don't know whats makes this happend but can you show us proof?
well if your in /Disguise then you won't show that your online.

 

I can't disquise so i don't now the problem

So you don't have disguise... What about a nickname?

Also, are you 100% sure he/she is spelling your name right?

 

Thanks for your help my friend can't add anybody so it is on his side. Maybe you now what to do then but my problem is solved
