Minecraft MCMETA FILE RE-POST

Im not sure how to create the pack.mcmeta file and I'm on mac and most tutorials are on windows.

Heres the information for it:

Make it on mediafire if possible!
Additionally, How do I make it so the file shows a cmd image that says exec??
