    In which minigame/server does the bug occur: Not On Server.
    Detailed description of bug: Lost My 'Premium' Rank, Here How'd it Happened, I Was Buying The Rank On The Website, And When I Was About To Comfirm To Buy It My Internet Crashed And My Gmail Glitched... When My Internet Restored Back In About 3-4 Hours Time The Comfirmation Email Was Gone, When To Check In My 'Bin Folder' And Nothing Was There. I Also Checked My Visa Account If That I Got Back My Money But Nope.

    I Know This Sounds Like I'm Lying But I'm Not!

    Notes: I Cant Seem To Find My Name In The 'Reccent Donation's Place

    There might be a buycraft/paypal receipt, try to find any, just any form of evidence to prove that you purchased, otherwise nothing can be done without sufficient proof, sorry.

    If you didn't get the transaction receipt in your email, it probably didn't go through. Checking with J&H is the best thing to do
