-Late- 1 Year Anniversary c':

So, I never thought about making a 1 year anniversary thread, but lots of people made one so I thought to myself "why not?" xD

So um, yeah, 1 year anniversary thread... in a 4 months delay xD

STORY TIMEEE~

How I first found the server

At March 2013, I was at my uncle's house, and I was playing a game on Facebook with my cousin. When she went to the bathroom I was alone so I got bored, so I started walking around the house, and then I saw my cousin in the living room playing something on the computer. I was curious so I looked at the game's name, and I recognized it because I actually started playing it a few days ago. It was Minecraft (no shiet :0 ).

I watched him play, and I liked the minigame he played (which was spleef) so I asked him what server is he playing on, and he told me "ItsJerryAndHarry". He showed me a few minigames, and a few videos, but I never really liked the channel, I prefered the server lel xD

I liked the server's minigames so I decided to try it myself.

My first few days on the server

I was a Minecraft newbie when I first joined the server, I didn't even know how to sprint (lolz). I remember the lobby was the really old square one, with MA and PB, good old days :')

A few days later, I found a player who taught me how to parkour. When she saw I didn't even know how to sprint she was like "you know you can sprint right?..." xD

She was my first friend on the server, her IGN was oda and a few numbers I think (I'm not a creep, I just remembered her name because she was my first friend ;u; ). Unfortunately, she left a few days later and I never saw her again.

My IJAH history *u* (in short xD)

I was pretty lonely and I wasn't really a part of the community at that time (when the lobby was a giant square). When I first started meeting new friends (some of them are still my friends) was when the lobby with the giant snowy mountains and the caves came out. At that time survival closed as well. The only two people I remember I got close to at that time were @Selo2001 (apparently he doesn't have a forum account xD I met him a few weeks ago on creative after a long time I haven't seen him, but I can't find him anymore) and @Animoes. They were my first real friends xD

After a while I started playing on Creative, and I got really addicted to it. I spent most of my time there and I found more friends in Creative (such as @~PandaCaity -lel the old days-, @anratork59 and @salamander8 -omg he actually has a forum account- @kritter124, @Rilakkumaloverr, and a few more, can't remember their IGN's). I also donated for VIP, 5 more plots, farm animals package, ability to change your pet name, and no chat cooldown at that time (I don't think the rank had no chat cooldown at that time, that's why I bought it separately). I donated for Premium a few weeks later.

After a while, I decided to leave Creative and start hanging out in the lobby, trying to find new friends. The lobby was FULL of donators and I made so many friends *u*

Naw, I shall list the people I thank (don't forget the academy and my parents -u-)

@Animoes - for being one of my best friends from the very beginning, until these days!

@~PandaCaity - even though we kinda stopped being friends after I left Creative, I still want to thank you because you were one of my best friends back in the days x3 it's funny how Anime made us friends again haha

@anratork59 - we were friends for so long xD it's good knowing I'm not the only Israeli here ;u; oh, and I didn't forget about my plan of making you like Anime, don't worry <:

@murehh - even though I met you on a different server xD one of my in game best friends <3

@kritter124 - I don't know what can I say, I just luv you ;u;<3 also, one of my best in game friends x3

@KittycatplaysMC - hehe I like the fact that Anime made us become close friends xD I met you like, 2-3 weeks ago and look at us now, sharing smexi Levi pics with each other everyday :'D

@Rilakkumaloverr - Rilaaaa my Rilakkuma bearrr <3 I still remember the old RP days, good ol' days :')


I'm not leaving any time soon, I love this server!

I always told this to my friends a while ago - "what I like about IJAH is that the community is very close. In other servers, like The Hive for example, you can play with a person a few minigames, but if you quit the minigame you might not see him ever again. In IJAH, you can find true friends".

I remember how I met you Vai...
I needed a head in creative (way before I started being a ALL-U-WANT addict XD). I needed a donator to get me a head...
I was like, "hmm... which one..." (I was playing with my friend kesem, if you can remember her)...
saw "QueenNoga". Me- "I wonder if her name is really Noga" (For those who don't know, Noga is an Israeli name) and kesem was like "Wtf is wrong with you of course she is Israeli".
So I called you, and we started building a headshop o.o
Then you added me to Skype with kesem's brother, and he was like... "SHE'S A DONATOR?!?"
Dang I can remember these things... xD
Anyways, Happy 1 year anniversary Vai! (It's almost my second one [or third] and I never made a thread about it :p

 

Hehe I remember kesem xD I also remember how you were telling me that Mojang said they'll release a name changing update and I didn't believe you, and then we were talking about how lucky kesem is to actually have her IGN as her irl name xD
