Lack Of Staff

Hello!
Today I have been on the server for about 2 hours, and have encountered several hackers / rule breakers, and becuase I have not been recording, I have not managed to grab proof.
I went round every server for a solid 10m trying to find a staff member and there are just never any online!

I think you should hire more staff :)

 

It is the morning hours, most staff members are either in school or asleep.
Best thing to do, if you can't find one, record and report the hackers.

 

I understand that, I just feel more should be hired to cover almost every timezone

 

We know that there's a lack of staff members on.

We are trying our best to come on but sometimes we are unable to. If you do encounter any hackers, please do not hesitate to report them on the forum boards. Some of us are busy with things right now. Most of us are from different timezones, so don't expect us to come all online at the same time.

 

Listen, you do realise that in the morning, barely any of us can make it on, and we have a large enough team already. Most of us are at school, and if not, we're sleeping. I do apologise for this, but you've got to understand that some things don't work out with others.

 

I understand all of this, but timezones, you need to cover a larger base of timezones than just the US, like for me right now in the UK its 5:50pm

 

Recently around 10 staff were added. Staff arnt gods and they can't be on 24/7. Unless a server has like 500 staff, which is bound to have alot of them corrupt, then that is impossible. If you see hackers or bad things, report here, you have an account.

 

We're working on it, but please record if you can. It helps a lot because it makes it easier for the mods to get bans through quicker and easier.

 

What if people don't want to be staff. We can't force people to apply for staff in that timezone.

 

I try to record as many hackers as I can.

Since, uhm, no one's actually mentioned it....

/report is your best friend - it alerts all online staff to something going on, and allows them to be sent to your server to figure out what's going on.

 

But what if there are no staff online?

 

Staff members may just be busy.
