[KitPvP] Shooting/Hitting players on the edge of spawn

    In which minigame/server does the bug occur: KitPvP

    Detailed description of bug:     If you stand on the edge of the spawn, not only can you be hit by and hit other players, but shoot arrows at players outside of the spawn as well. This could easily be abused by players camping at spawn with Power IV bows.
