If you perm ban a donator, it doesn't matter. They 'donated' to help the server stay alive. In return, J&H gave them special commands. Doesn't matter if you perm ban z0rk. He donated to the server, to help keep it up for a longer period of time. They 'donated' their money, to keep the server. I'm saying you can perm ban people who donated. It is not a scam

I'm not sure what point you're proving here. Thus, you're confusing me. So, I will make my assumption. It doesn't matter if they donated, just because they have a rank doesn't mean they have special privileges or pardons or excuses to break the rules of ItsJerryandHarry. Rules are established to provide a safe community, a friendly community.

 

No, I'm saying they're allowed to perm ban people who donated. And no, this doesn't go in Report Abuse. Everyone knows who z0rk is.

It's because they don't want him to refund. Or their own reasons that I don't know. The point is, he hasn't been perm banned (that I know of o-o) and it might stay that way. Permanent bans are for major crimes. For example:

The Griefer. No idea what/who he was, but he griefed the entire lobby by hacking last time I checked.
Refunders. I have no idea why they ban them.

Plus, I have not seen z0rk advertise in a really long time!

I agree; though, I believe it's their responsibly to appropriately punish those according to the rule(s) broken. It's not permission.

The funny thing is can anyone point out where it says donate?!? It never says ANYWHERE (at least that I can see) that we are donating. People just assume that but it says, BUY, thanks for your Purchase, etc etc. anyway what is the big deal ? you cant stand to see someone advertise for 5 minutes every like 2 months?!

Being a donor can actually increase the chance of being banned, by using your perks too abusively.
Everyone should just not start a war on here, for the safety purposes of more wars.

But still, the account I am was temp banned two times. Though, it was when it was a Premium. (Woo, bit twister there)
Anyway, I've been seeing that people judge others by their rank and not the attitude. Keep your head up in the game and you won't be judged by the rank. Persuade people into saying that it is just for the attitude.

Anyway, this is for the owners to handle, not the players... so why did I give that fat little message anyway?

They perm ban refunders because they are literally taking money AWAY from J&H like J&H will start out with say $10 then someone donates and they get $20 then they refund and because of chargeback fees J&H must pay extra money and end up with say $5

 

No... lol. @Shadow23221 , @Potato® has kindly provided us the definition of donate. You do not simply ask for a refund of a donation. That's out of the question. It's like donating blood, you don't ask for your blood back...

It's money, that gets tossed back and forth.

people are getting donating and purchasing mixed up. When you purchase, it's for you're own gain. When you donate, it's for a cause. let me switch this in terms of Minecraft servers. You donate money to this server, I will give you something as a thank you. You donate blood, I give you a piece of candy. The whole point of the server store is to get money, to get donation. but the thing is, we live is a selfish world. There is not a lot of people that just DONATE. They want something back in return. The players that donate are not entitled a refund. It's really absurd, this is Minecraft, guys.

 

Why complain about this when z0rk stopped coming on this server months ago?
