Is this a skin... or is it glitched out...

    Hi, I was on factions and I was walking around and I see this skin. I don't know if its a made up skin or something to do with the Server or Mojang skin System... Anyways I would like to know, Thanks!

    Neither, it has to do with the textures or texture pack you are using.

    I'm assuming you're using a 1.8 texture pack or a texture pack with a 1.8 default skin, which when used in earlier versions which do not support the 1.8 skin format, causes the texture to become glitched.

    To be serious, probably a skin bug. Depends on what version you're using and what he/she is using, Or His/her skin is just supposed to be like that.
