Is anyone good at making skins and wouldn't mind editing one for me?

Hello, I have had some thoughts about my skin for the past month now, I have been wondering if I liked it or not... Finally today I have came to the conclusion that I only want to edit it. Because I am terrible at making skins, I was wondering if any of you could help me, what I want to have the sort of styles as the screenshots I took, but as my skin. Please could you tell me if you are a good skin Editor/Maker and I will send you a skin file of my skin. (If you want to help)
