Interrupting staff

The rules are simple.
The staff try to count up, whilst the users try to interrupt them

Changes!
Since there are obviously not enough staff members to make this fair, users can only knock the number back by 3.

Helpers go up by 1, Mods by 2, Mod+ by 3, Admin by 4, Co-Owner by 5, and Owner by 10 c:<


This, in a way, is the revenge against staff interruption.
Hate the staff always keeping the number small? Interrupt here.
