Information Page Glitch

Description: Basically, I tried to save my information page, when it came up with a notification saying I couldn't have a message over 20000 characters. I went to a character counting website, and copy pasted my information page onto there, and it came up that I only had around 4800 characters. If there is any way to help me with this, it would be appreciated. c;
