Im Still Learning

I've made a lot of mistake recently, (view my thread in server discussion) and I have realized that maybe I am not ready to be a staff member anytime soon. Before December, I had submitted a staff application which I had a a lot of faith in. It was nice and got likes. (That is all I will share to not break forum rules.)
But I am taking it down and locking it.
I don't think I am ready to be a staff member yet, and I really want to learn the basics of the forums along with the rules and how to comply with them. In the past few months, my threads have been locked, moved or deleted because of stupid mistakes that I decided not to look at before posting. You always have to remember to read your thread, make sure it is allowed, and if you are unsure, ask a staff member, they will either talk to staff that is higher or take it themselves. That's what I didn't know, and what I want to learn before I decided that it is a good time to re-apply for staff.
I know this thread is mainly directed for staff members that have seen my September Staff Application, but if you are thinking about applying for staff, make sure you have checked you are following the guidelines and you have been following the rules for at least 2 months. I personally feel like I have not done my full time, and I am not done learning my lessons on the forums. Someone had previously sad that honesty is the key to success (or thats how I took it at least) and it is probably the best advice anybody has given me on the forums so far.
I think before I apply, I want 350 messages on the forums, along with at least 1,000 likes.
I can re-apply in one month time, so I think I will be able to obtain my goal if I post 2 times a day, in different times, like morning and afternoon (-I am still learning, I don't know if this is against the rules either).
I really appreciate any tips or recommendations, or even feedback if you want (about this thread), it's really appreciated.

Once again, I will be waiting for 1 month until I re-apply for my own good.

Update: I have moved my staff app to closed applications, feeling really good about myself.
I feel like I have changed for some reason, it's really weird.
