Im quitting... (for this reason)

So basically I get 4 videos against a hacker that is obviously a hacker and he does not get banned because its 'suspicious' all the moderators had to do was fly around on kitpvp and see the reach that this guy got, on the 1st post I did this guy the whole incident got switched around on me because I had the same Status HUD as a client called Huzuni... this was stupid and should not be flipped since this would not be saying I hacked in anyway because it was clearly obvious I did not have mods on in the video and also how is it not hacking when someone hits you 5 blocks past a fence. As you can clearly see he hits me from far away pretty much every hit, the moderators also took around 2/3 days to actually respond to this and when I asked about the post they just said they were discussing it, this has happened with two donators they always take to long to look at it and to be honest I do believe they get let off because they were donators, I have done one sucessful ban on a donator and they had to ban him because he had no velocity.

I am not completely quitting the server I am just leaving the cancerous KitPvP server because I have to report atleast 5 people a day and he thing I don't get the most is why they take like 10 minutes to ban a normal player hacker but take so long to respond to donators, in my opinion I feel like they just leave it there to look as if they are 'discussing' it but they are really not.

Also some moderators are friends with the hacker so he probarlly just told people he wasn't hacking and also moderators were on the server without actually looking at the video saying he wasn't getting banned telling me they have not been disscusing it.

So goodbye to ijah I have had a fun month on kitpvp but its too shit of a place and most people hack, I will be playing on the server but different parts of the server but that would be rarely and have found another server to settle in well and chillout.
