I'm Back, with a message too

So, as the title says, I'm back, and over my absence I realized something: I have been a douche.
I realized, after I read my Staff Application, that I was reading the words of a masterchief who wanted to help the server and enjoy it, like it was supposed to be. Since then, I got frustrated with the server, and its spam, school, and its tests, and life, because sometimes it sucks. I couldn't control my frustration. I insulted without restrain, I talked behind backs, I was a full metal jackass, but I remembered some stuff. I remembered who the real enemy was, I remembered who my friends are, and most importantly, I remembered the reason you, me, and everyone else is here for.

To have fun.

It's simple, we typed in a server ip and played to have fun. So what if people are advertising? so what if people are spamming? we ignore then, because they are missing out on the fun we are having. Even though I agree the server isn't as good as it used to be, it's not like it's in ruins, like some people make it out to be. Even though it may appear that J&H are ignoring us, they haven't abandoned us. If they didn't care, why is survival coming back? If they didn't care, why are they making a new, hopefully improved staff system? If you find the server boring, just leave and come back later, or stay, because we still have minigames, witch provide a unique experience every time you play, and, like I mentioned, we are getting survival back. So with that, and a bloody great wall of text, I give the message to all veterans, newbies, and pros alike: remember why we are here, and remember that everyone here is human. Thanks for taking your time to read this- the new and improved Masterchief.

And like Claire said, I agree with what you said. Even though I am not a veteran myself and I haven't seen the server in its "good times", I've heard many stories about it, so I understand what you are saying here.
