    IJ&H should update to 1.14/1.15/1.16 if this rumor is true.


    According to this video:


    J&H should update to 1.14/1.15/1.16 and allow versions below it to join (I've heard of a plugin for it and have seen it in use personally).
    These new PvP mechanics will hopefully convince the PvP community to like the new combat and finally IJ&H can upgrade to 1.14/1.15/1.16.
    According to the video, these updates are supposed to roll out this year or in 2019.


    I know this isn't the only reason but it's a pretty popular one.
