I was playing survival and then I was dead.

I was playing survival peacefully, then I did /spawn. When I did, I was dead. I had all my stuff
encluding full diamond and all my enchanted tools. I wasn't flying, it was off.PLEASE fix this. I had full health. I really want my stuff back. But you most likely won't accept this because I have no proof. I would have proof if I knew I would die at spawn. I will do anything to get it all back, I worked so hard. Thank you. I don't have enough money to get it again, I think.
