Eh CTB isn't my thing, So I try'd Taiko and I was amazed

 

God dangit. After seeing Resonance on there, osu is starting to look interesting.

That's me trying Resonance for the first time, about a half year ago or so? Give or take? Something like that.
I'm much much better at Osu since, but that guves a basic idea of normal osu.
(Also, most texture packs aren't as epic as mine, creds to @xMisfitCow )
Based on seeing normal osu played, you should be able to decide whether it's a game you would be into or not.

 

I have no idea of what osu is about. Please, someone tell me what it is about.

It's a rhythm game with many game modes, the most recognised being the osu! one.

Osu! is what Yamc posted about. You click circles in tune to the song you are playing.

Osu!Mania is a piano styled version, where you press keyboard letters to hit keys and stuff.

CtB is what Vai posted about. It's my favourite gamemode. You control a catcher and catch falling fruit.

Taiko is drums. You use zxcv (z and v being blue circles and x and c being red circles) to hit blue and red circles approaching your circle thing.

It's quite hard to explain, but it's a really fun game.
