I dun understand dis world

I'm just saying, I don't really understand why people have to be 3 months active on the forums before applying. You can still know people on the server, and 3 months seems a bit long just for getting to know people. Also I don't understand why you even do have to know people, you can still read what they have to say and help them. I guess what I'm trying to say is you can be new to the forums but not the server. I personally believe all you should have to do is help on the server and forums and it doesn't take 3 months to do this. I'm not saying I'm right or I know best or you shouldn't have to, I'm simply trying to ask why you do.
