    Found this book in one of the mine cart chests in an abandoned mine shaft I found on Factions.... I don't understand...

    That is Either a server Plugin which you can get enchants like that OR 5.114% of that is actual Minecraft Enchant..

    I got it before. You can have more than 1 enchant on a book, believe it or not :3. You can use it on any item provided it has an enchant that will effect it. For example: You could have a sharp 3 power 2 book, and it would put sharp 3 on the sword if you tried it with an anvil, but it will not work on a piece of armour since there is no enchant that is effective for it.
