I cant use /kit donater

Hi my name is randy and my IGN is :CandyCrazedMan i cant use /kit donater can you fix it ty c;

 

Hey randy, here's somethings that may have caused you not to be able to use your kit:
1. You mispelled it. As it seems from this thread, you are spelling 'donator' as 'donater', just like any other mc command, if mispelled it wont work. To get your kit, type: /kit donator
2. Cooldown. Your kit might be going through its 'cooldown' process, which means that you will have to wait a full day to use your kit once again. If this happened you should get a message telling you how much time it will take for the kit to be avaible once again.
3. You may not be a donator. It's just a possibility that you may not know that kits such as /kit donator are only usable by those with the rank or the perk. If you do not have the rank and/or the perk, you will not be able to get the kit.
