I can't buy/donate in the Server Store :(

I've been trying to buy a Legend Rank for a couple of hours now.. :/ I have donated before, 3 times at the moment. But this time it wont let me, it always says this :

Really need help :( Ive emailed J&H and the Payment Wall. :)

 

the same thing happened to me sorry to say I dont know how to fix it it has to due with credit fruad I think well GL

Yes, my aunt and Chris. But only them it worked the first time for my aunt. Then chris donated for me, then my aunt again, then chris tried to donate for me again but it blocked me. :/

 

Do what PaymentWall suggests and email them. Jerry and Harry can't do anything about a 3rd party service. This looks like it's PaymentWall's fault, not Jerry and Harry's.

Have you made the purchases recently?

Edit: Just realised you have emailed them. There is probably nothing you can do until they get back.

Yeah, I really hope they fix this :( My aunt and donated before like idk last week or 2 weeks ago? then my VIP rank was donated by my friend, Chris like last week? then my aunt donated today a full dia kit, then yeah Chris wants to donate a Legend Rank for me but this happened so.. :(

It's probably because you've made quite a few purchases quite recently. PaymentWall probably has an anti-fraud filter, and it thinks you're trying to commit fraud when you're not. You'll have to wait until they reply to your email or try again later.

@ItsVony if you would like to speed up the process. Send PaymentWall an email with a valid receipt attatched and your order number! I got this error too! This worked for me!

When you purchased when it was blocked. The website STILL would have given you a receipt! Look in your web history! Maybe you can find the correct page there!
