How To Dowload And Install Optifine

Hello!

I've been noticing that alot of people havn't got OptiFine, and they say "laaag" "lagg".
Well, i'm here to show you how to fully download and install. From A to Z :)

If you follow these instructions, you will have OptiFine in no time!

Benefits:

• It Doubles your FPS! You may be thinking "Oh, whats FPS?" Well. Fps is ( Frames Per Second ) And it's basicly telling you how smooth your game runs, the more fps, the less game lagg :)
• It makes your game look alot better, things are alot clearer. And I'm sure you all agree, that a better quality is a better expirience.
• The awesome thing about OptiFine is that you can ZOOM IN! by pressing Cntrl.
• You have a wider Render Distance it goes from (Tiny To Far) Which are 16 levels of render.
• And you can even get a OptiFine cape for 10USD dollars.

Download information:

Yes, you do need to download two things, but they are 100% safe, your computer won't be in risk of getting a virus or anything alike, it's perfectly safe :)

• First you will need a Mincraft Forge: http://files.minecraftforge.net/

INSTRUCTIONS: You need to find the Minecraft version your using and choose the recommended one ( because its recommended ;) ) And click "Installer". That will bring you to AdF.ly, all you need to do is wait 5 seconds and press "Skip Add" in the top right corner, you can't miss it. Then just press "Save File" and put that on your Desktop :)

• Second thing you will need, it OptiFine of course: https://optifine.net/downloads

INSTRUCTIONS: You want to find the minecraft version your using, the same one that you chose with the Minecraft Forge and press Download. And also put that on your desktop.

Next Step:

Double click the "Minecraft Forge" wait for it to install, then press "client" then "ok" or install" Cool! Now you want to open up Minecraft, and before you press "Play" to the left theres a button that sais "Edit Profile" click on that. And where it sais "Use Version" click on it and scroll down until you find the version that sais "release 1.7.10 and a bunch of number" If your not using 1.7.10 it will say the one that you downloaded it for. Then press "Safe Profile" Cool! Now you can press "Play" BUT, when Minecraft loads and all that jazz, you need to close it. I know you want to play, but you still need to get OptiFine on there!.

Right, to get OptiFine to work, go to your "File Explorer" its where all your files and downloads are, and search up at the top %appdata% the press ".mincraft" then see if you have a file called "mods" if you don't, No problemo, just create on called "mods" and if you don't know how to make a file, just left click >new > file then name it "mods" exactly like that. Then just drag OptiFine in there and close it.

PUFF , now you have Optifine. All you need to do, is close all that, click Minecraft again, and check your using The minecraft forge version, if you are, press "Play" and enjoy your new and advanced minecraft gameplay :)

when I download forge it comes in as a 7-zip file, what do I do ;-;

 

Do you have java? if you do, try updating it.
Also, if you want it for optifine, just double click the optifine download and it will come up with something, just press "install" or "download" I can't remember, and there should be a minecraft version called Optifine 1.8 already
