How to catch up on TV shows?

I have so many TV shows to catch up on, but unfortunately I don't have Netflix, or a willingness to pay to do it. Here's a list of shows I want to either start watching or catch up with:
-Grimm
-Once Upon a Time
-The Flash
-Archer
-Dr Who(Not all fifty years of it, I mean the last 2-3 seasons)
-Arrow

Do you guys know any sites where I can watch any of these for free(the legaler the better)?

Also, do you have any show recoomendations for me(particularly anime since I'm trying to get into that)? Please don't say Walking Dead. I tried it once. I just didn't like it, I don't care how great you say it is or how popular it may be.

Also, what are some of your favorite shows?
