how the hell is i can die in the spawn

i was jumping in spawn and died with my blaze spawner.
this is like the the first server i have seen that you can die in the spawn.
no i got no proof the got my stuff back but just put it off it is so dumb

It's very simple, don't jump off things in spawn with valuable items.

This is not a bug in my opinion.

You aren't giving anyone much information. The only information that you said was that you died in spawn. Explain how exactly you died, tell us what server (by server I mean were you on Skyblock, Peaceful Survival, Factions, etc), and just give a description on everything that happened. The more information you have, the higher chance staff can track down the problem.

 

They call it a safezone because you can't PvP or die by mobs in the safezone.

 

Are you talking about factions? Because I know when you land after triggering the launch pad, you take damage.

 

In factions you can also jump off the stairs with no armor and die I think.

In that case you have to be careful. I don't think it's a bug when you take damage from the launch pad.

The SafeZone doesn't necessarily mean your entirely safe. It's factions, you will always take damage. The SafeZone is just to protect you from PVP and hostile mobs. Fall damage can still hurt you, and in your case, kill you.

 

As everyone said, it's not a bug, it's you not being careful.
