Hoppers Stop Working So Items Get Stuck ( Survival )

    I'm unable to get a screenshot due to me fixing it but this has been happening a lot where the hoppers stop working like they have a redstone signal but they don't so I then have to go through all hoppers breaking them and replacing them? Is there any reason of why this is happening
