HC Spawn - No Worldguard/Fly limits

In which minigame/server does the bug occur: HC

Detailed description of bug: I'm able to fly so far away from the HC spawn that I would have trouble finding it again should I decide to turn around, as well as under it. Most of the other spawns have a limit on how far you can fly before the game tells you "You may not fly here" however HC does not.

This isn't really a serious bug but it makes the spawn seem kind of like it's lazily ported and/or unprofessional.
