    Let's put it like this: The chief of police told his police force that if they harass ANYONE they would turn their badge in.

    That's not the case /w my PE teacher though. He harasses the 'ghetto' by yelling at the black kids about how he should throw a grenade at them ._.

    I can confirm. The speed limit in my neighbourhood in all places is 25 miles per hour, they sometimes even bring speed cameras in, even though nothing is happening.

    I myself have never really encountered police out side of their normal patrol times
