Minecraft [Guide] Ways to avoid scamming

    1. Record or take screenies of the agreement, and trading.

    2. If it's too good to be true, it's clearly a scam. For example:
    "Selling 100 diamonds for $1!" this trade is too good to be true.

    3. Make the other person pay first. If they refuse to pay first try bribing them. For example the deal could be $200 for an iron ingot. Say you'll pay something like $250 if they pay first.

    4. Get a Moderator to watch your trade. Tell them the deal and what's going on.

    5. Do /auc info if in doubt. Some auctions contain scams.


    If you do get scammed.

    1. Take legimate screenshots of THE WHOLE TRADE or recording.

    2. Make a report in "Reports Abuse"

    3. Choose the appropriate prefix.

    4. Wait for a Moderator to resolve.
