    The Oracle

Shall the future attempt and change Earth's destiny,
The plans will be foiled, crossed back to agony.
And from the past shall a man a thousand years before,
Once innocent, once perfect, shall not be any more.
For his desire of escape in the world that all dread,
He will regret his decision and will be tormented in his head.

    Chapter 1: The Oracle
    Spencer wished he didn't exist.

The whole internet was debating on the truth of the oracle that appeared in Spencer's house. Spencer hated attention, and right now, people were theorizing that a whole other world existed, people were analyzing Spencer's shower, and people who refuse to use deodorant were gazing at the oracle with awe.

Spencer, the sensible person he is, opened the door to find a place where people with good hygiene come, also known as the cafe. Instead however, Spencer opened the door to essentially be trampled with the hundreds of people running into his house to see the strange prophecy, hanging mid-air.

When the 17-year old Spencer finally approached the cafe for his daily cup of coffee, a group of scientists wanted to invite him to get more attention on the portal they were building.

"It's a portal, and it basically lets anyone enter through a portal with the same code!" said the scientists.

I bet they didn't even test this. Just another stupid ad campaign out there. Spencer thought.

Spencer proceeded to ask, "Sounds awesome. Did you test this?" Spencer was high on his hopes, knowing the possible money he could receive for this ad campaign.

"No. That's why we are testing you to try our portal!"

"Oh, then hell no." Spencer quickly replied.

"Well, then we have no choice." The scientists then took hold of Spencer, bringing him shut to their hijacked car, then taking them to their secret laboratory.

Spencer was speechless, in the surprise of how pretty the lab was, along with the inventions that these people have discovered.

"Now, it's time for you to get in the portal."

Wow, I'm impressed and I know I'm not the only one.

Good job! :) I'd be interested in reading more.

    Chapter 2: Destination
Drenched in the sea of confusion, Spencer opened his eyes. Knowing that the portal failed as much as his life did, he crept towards an object that looked like the portal he walked in. Running for his dear life, Spencer approached the portal, and suddenly, 2 strange spirits dragged out like ectoplasm, lifted some dirt, and turned into humans, with colors Spencer didn't even know existed.

"Finally, our savior!" the mysterious person exclaimed.

"Um," Spencer responded, fiddling with his fingers "Who are you?"

"You don't know?", the girl said. "I'm insulted! We made the first time machine, and we time traveled to see how the first portal worked! Sucks how it failed miserably, and didn't take you to your actual destination. We tried to also change the destiny so we would-"

"Shut up! Don't let him know!"

Spencer blinked to see the portal gone, but instead of peeping a word, his mind cried out in agony.

Why? he thought. I'm stuck in a beautiful looking place, with the 2 most annoying people who ever existed!

Spencer crept away, and proceeded to come near a small caterpillar. In a very cute form, Spencer approached it and attempted to keep it as his own, but the caterpillar used it's superstition-worth powers and blood poured down Spencer's eye, placing exploding bursts of pain within. Spencer approached the futuristic people, and eavesdropped a conversation of theirs.

"Glitter!" the boy said. "My eye is bleeding!"

"Nobody cares, Glow. I just want to get out of this place, it's just like the Yin and Yang. This place is a nightmare, because there is no true nightmare to make it feel like a dream. We all know the dopamine is running low here."

PHAHA! Glitter and Glow? Who would name their child that? thought Spencer, with the blood finally starting to fade.

Spencer said, "Er... Glitter and Glow? Those are stupid names."

"No, Glitter and Glow are very popular names, dude. They were originated from the English language, a very ancient but amazing language that we study, because it sounds quite awesome to talk in it." Glitter said.

"Wait, if you're talking English, that means that you're an ancient person! Let's study him, Glitter!" Glow blurted out.

While Glitter and Glow studied the young boy, another person was also studying them from the far distance. There lay a suspicious man, surrounded in a forest of skeletons.

Took me 3 hours to make and revise.
