Glitching out on Faction (getting kicked)

I was building up to a sky base and I built up too high and now I'm trapped between the bottom of the sky base and my tower. My character is glitching up and down and the server kicks me for flying. How do I get out of this? I have no time to do /spawn or /f home. Or break the blocks above or under me.

 

Sorry for the late reply, the reason why some servers on J&H is glitchy or laggy is because too many people are online, which causes some of the games to lag quite a bit. Question answered?

 

You should be teleported to spawn on your next login.
If this does not fix the issue, please start a Forum conversation with myself or a Moderator+ or higher.
