    Hello people. c:
    So, today @Arthurr showed me this really cool program that could be used to report hackers. It's really simple actually, you just record with it and it creates a gif that saves pretty quickly. Then you can just upload it to imgur or lightshot, and it shows up as a gif. c:
    This is really cool, and I'll definitely start to use it to record hackers. It's a lot simpler and faster than recording with a software, uploading, and rendering.

    I'm gonna be skeptic, as per ushe.
    Wouldn't a GIF make it more difficult to tell whether someone's hacking or whether it's just lag? I mean, some videos make it pretty difficult to discern whether the person is hacking or not. Wouldn't a GIF make it far more difficult for moderators to tell?

    It's not exactly a gif, it's kind of like a video. It uploads as a gif. file, so it makes it faster and easier to upload it to an image website like imgur rather than going through the hassle to get it on youtube.
