Giant didn't spawn on Hub

    In which minigame/server does the bug occur: Hub
    Detailed description of bug: So when I went to Temple easter egg on Sand Island, there's no giant but there's giant's spawner and when I checked the Hub difficulty it's on peaceful but like 2 months ago there's the giant. Btw, here's the screenshot:

    It works perfectly fine in 1.8, but it doesn't work in 1.9.

    In 1.9 they updated spawners, and decreased the size of the mobs in them so they fit
