So, there is a new Call of Duty coming out Black ops 3 (III) and I was just wondering if people like more of the old school Call of Duty which isn't futuristic or the futuristic CoD Futuristic: (Call of Duty Black Ops III Embed Teaster) Futuristic: (Call of Duty Black Ops III Trailer) Old School: (Call of Duty World at War trailer) Me personally, I prefer futuristic. Also by Old school I mean like not in the past, but not in the future, present like the Call of Duty's before Black Ops 2.
I do have a liking for both futuristic and old school, Old school is because it taught me so much about the different guns and such, and It also made me Appreciate History class a bit more as these games focused more on things like World war 2 and the Cold war. The futuristic games kind of gives them there own vibe, where they have new features and other Military technology that we have yet to come up with, (if not by now) I like all the new features and things we do with the game. It also kind of gives way to a whole new field of Military combat. So To be honest, im not going to jump the bandwagon and hate on the COD franchise like everyone else, but I personally do think the games are pretty interesting, as it gives you a feeling of what its like to be a soldier.
To be honest I like old school much better, Black ops 2 was okay, fun to play online. But advanced warfare proved they could go overboard with the tech stuff.
Old school, I don't like all these crap exo movments and stuff, Anyway I'm not buying CoD this year. Screw that I am getting CSGO.
