Introduction

Hello, and welcome to my IJAH (ItsJerryandHarry) Donation Guide. Frequently asked questions would be "How do you donate?" or "What are the perks of donating?" Instead of having both Staff and players alike answering the questions themselves, if they're not lazy and bother looking at the forums, they can see the answer here. Please note that effort was indeed put into this guide, any constructive feedback or criticism will be highly appreciated.​

How to donate​

In order to receive your perks, you must first know how to donate. The following is a list of commands you can type within the server to access the store (Click the link after):​

/donate​

/buy​

If you would like to access the store from the website, click on the 'Server Store' button.​

​

Upon getting your welcome, you will be able to choose out of 6 donation categories.​

​

Note your username must be provided in order to continue your purchase.​

​

What you get for donating​

For each category, you get a unique set of rewards. Select the 'Buy' icon to see further information about the item.​

​

Ranks: ​

As you can see, the more ranks you buy, the lower your prices for higher ranks will be. This applies to ranks and ranks only.

Donation Methods
The server runs it's donations through PaymentWall. You can decide to either purchase from one of the following:

PayPal is available, but is currently disabled due to issues.

Contacting

If you have not received your purchase after a specific amount of time (usually around a few hours will do), you can contact J&H via e-mail to get the perks that you donated for. How you do this is by emailing this address:​

When you email them, be sure to include your IGN, receipt and any other information that is important.​
