[Fourms Bug] Can't upload profile picture.

Detailed description of bug: When I try to upload my profile picture, I get an error saying that my picture is too big, and that it needs to be smaller than 50KB. However, my image is around 10KB.

I fixed the issue. The file was exactly 200x200, so when I changed it to 150x150, it worked.
