[Forums] New thread alert glitch

    In which minigame/server does the bug occur: Forums
    Detailed description of bug:
    Alright, so basically I got an alert for this thread's creation (I watch the 'Help' forum.) And, I looked on the thread. Apparently, the thread was created Yesterday at 9:23AM. However, I got an alert like 1-2 minutes ago.

    The thread was moved.

    You get alerts for threads when they are moved into watched forums, such as if another staff moved a thread into the Spamming section, even though it was posted at say, 9am, and they moved it 2 minutes ago, it would show as 2 mins.
