Minecraft Forge Issues

    So I'm trying to install forge so I can use Better Sprinting mod and I've looked up several tutorials and what not and no one seems to know how to fix this.

    Here's the issue; I've downloaded it and put it into the versions folder

    As soon as I open minecraft and make a profile called forge and go to change the version to forge 1.8.9, it's not there.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    EDIT: Everything works now wooow
