[Factions] Wither goes straight out the border

    In which minigame/server does the bug occur: Factions
    Detailed description of bug: Whenever you spawn a wither near the border, it just goes straight out of the border and you lose the wither, we were raiding a faction but the wither just went out of the border so we lost 3 wither skulls and the wither.
