Factions - something that needs to be said

This factions server on j&h is bugging alot of people. No offence to anybody running the server but honestly you need to sort out the server lag. For e.g. enderpearls. We all know that enderpearls are mainly a main part for minecraft pvp and other reasons to get from point to point, especially in masterminer4455's case... But for some reason on j&h they dont work!!!! These enderpearls usually take about 5-10 minutes to land (sometimes) and this makes this server faulty. Today for e.g. i was afk with 2 sets on me (ik kinda dumb) and my pearl landed into somewhere in warzone! Therefore i lost 2 sets. But this isnt the only reason why the server laggs, the shop is too close to the pvp area, so it laggs too much in warzone, it is unbearable sometimes.

Most people think that one of the many reasons this server is falling is lag. Therefore i really needed to forward this point over to the players and staff of J&H.

Lag isn't a bug when you think about it.

If you do have an actual bug, I wouldn't mind reading about what it could be, but I think you were on to something when you were talking about the ender pearls. If you could get into more detail about it/show video evidence..
