Detailed description of bug: If I place a Cegg the creeper dont explode , only with flint and steel

Yes this was added with the factions update. Ceggs won't explode on someone's claimed property if it is claimed by a faction. Ceggs can only explode freely in the wilderness. If you are in someone's fac claim you must use f&s to make the cegg explode. Hope this answered your question :D .

I thought this was implemented on purpose. It's very annoying, lol. I also have another report to make about Warzone, keep an eye, I'll tag you.
