Experienced severe lag in China

I often experience lag around 300-400ms. Sometimes the lag can be up to 700-800ms and I experienced severe lag when crafting and mining yesterday. In combat, the lag makes me being killed before I can cause any damage to the enemy. Anyone have ideas?

P.S: The countries in the same area(Like the Russia and Japan) seems experience not so much lags. Does the GFW cause the problem?

They are currently trying to fix the lag! Hopefully that will deal with some of your lag issues. But unfortunately, you might still experience lag anyways because you live in China which is pretty far away from the host itself. But other than that best of luck to you, hopefully you wont be getting to much lag in the future! :)
