EULA and J&H - Future?

Just a quick question.

I've noticed some of the big servers are going back to their original donating outline (i.e. donating for perks and items). I'm not sure why, but can only guess it's due to Microsoft buying MC.

During a large purchase of this type, they have something called due diligence, where the buying company looks into all the legal matters of the selling company (and other things). I'm wondering if MC has put a halt to all it's enforcement of EULA, because that would change what Microsoft is buying. Microsoft isn't going to want to spend a lot of money on enforcement of EULA, when it just spent 2.5 billion on a product, but that's my opnion.

Anyway, my question is, does J&H have any intention of reverting back to their old donation outline? Or will they remain how they are at the moment. Just curious. Thanks.

 

As long as the EULA is active, it will stay the same.
