Error 500

Recently ive been having network errors, both while on my compute and my phone when this happens i get this message:

And before tells me to email them i tried, but i keep on getting a failure to send, so im resulting to posting a help thread on the forums.

Any one with helpfull information and KNOWS WHAT TO DO, please let me know, Ive sort of grown impatient with this, so please dont post anything miss leading, thanks:)
