Minecraft Electic Chair

Hey there...
I don't wanna advertise here but today i want to build a real working electric chair on my server. Like I said i don't want to advertise, I just wanna build stuff infront of you. Having fun and stuff :)

 

how does it work? with redstone or a plugin?

 

It will work with redstone and only 1 command block i think
