/echest available with new combat tag plugin

    Detailed description of bug: The description probably says it all.

    For a while, /echest couldn't be used while you were tagged for combat. This was a good change! Since the new plugin was added you can do it again. Even though I have /echest, I think it is unfair in PVP for anyone to use it and extremely unfair to those that didn't buy the command or get it with a rank.

    Please change this if you can!

    Well, I work in IT and we have sayings - "It's a feature, not a bug" or "is it a bug or a feature?" . Call it a bug - it needs to be fixed. Call it a feature, then the feature needs to be disabled. :)

    Are you sure the command was disabled in old CombatTag? I don't recall having it

    It wasn't disabled, because I remember never bringing enough gapples to warzone with me and having to get more out of my echest.

    Sure to 100%.... i think @Nether0 had the idea earlier and on the old combatTag it was not allowed to have access to /echest in combat.

    Proof:
